Talk to Devola (in the bar) and Popola (in the library).
Talk to the owner of the tavern in Seafront(Child).
Collecting Lizard Tail×5、Mouse Tail×5
| Lizard Tail×5 |  Eastern Road(Child): A narrow path near the entrance (this one is more recommended) |
| Mouse Tail×5 |  Junk Heap(Child): Go outside and examine the rats near the save point. |
It is easy to collect as it repops as you enter and exit other areas.
Seafront(Child): After giving it to the tavern owner, talk to Popola in the village library.
